Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping for orders over $125. Once your order is complete, it takes 1-3 days to process and 3-7 business days for shipping (from the time of placing the order using USPS or FEDEX depending on your location and fastest available service.) No international shipping.

Available for pick up: M-F 6pm-8pm Sat. 12pm-3pm (pick up address will be emailed after purchase, so please verify the email address used is correct.)

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Saturday, 12pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.

*Please be aware that it may take 1-3 days to process next day shipping request. However, when we can, we do ship out orders the same day they are received.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Thekiaraeffect.com ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
